Agreement between User and para-stormfest.net
Welcome to para-stormfest.net. The para-stormfest.net website (the “para-stormfest”) is comprised of various web pages operated by Para-Storm Fest. The Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of para-stormfest.net constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these Terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.
para-stormfest.net is an Event Site for the Paranormal • UFO • Bigfoot • Storm Chasing Event.

Visiting para-stormfest.net or sending emails to Para-Storm Fest constitutes electronic communications. THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARA-STORM FEST AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE.
Termination / Access Restriction
Para-Storm Fest reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site at any time without notice. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pennsylvania courts in disputes arising from use of the Site.
Entire Agreement
Unless otherwise specified, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Para-Storm Fest with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement shall be admissible in any proceedings relating to the Site to the same extent as other business documents.
Changes to Terms
Para-Storm Fest reserves the right to change the Terms under which para-stormfest.net is offered. The most current version supersedes all prior versions. Para-Storm Fest encourages you to review the Terms periodically.
